Applicants for Bachelor of Nursing (International) must meet the following entry requirements:

I have evidence of registration in country of residence
I have completed a Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent)
I have demonstrated proficiency in the English language as evidenced by a score of 6.5 or above on the IELTS, or equivalent

International students will require a degree of fluency in the English Language. A score of 6.5 in the IELTS Exam (http://ielts.org for information on IELTS tests) is required. This equates to a score of 570 in TOEFL.

Applicants for MHSc (International Healthcare Management) must meet the following entry requirements:

I have a primary Degree (min 2:2)in Nursing or a Health Sciences/Studies related degree
I have a minimum of three years post registration nurisng/health related experience
I have evidence of registartion in country of residence
I have demonstrated proficiency in the English language as evidenced by a score of 6.5 or above on the IELTS, or equivalent

If for any reason you are unable to commence your course in the above intake and wish to defer to the next intake of this programme, you will then be liable for the course fees pertaining to the next intake. Deferrals will only be considered in exceptional circumstances (visa delays etc.) and at the discretion of the Programme Director.
Students classified for fee purposes as Non-EU on application shall retain that fee status and continue to pay Non-E fees for the duration of their programme following admission, whether studying full-time or part-time and irrespective of holding a work permit or claiming EU residency subsequently.
Programme fees are not refundable if a Visa is granted except in exceptional circumstances. In this case programme fees will be refunded less an administration fee of €300.

Please note that all courses commence in St. Angela’s subject to required numbers.

Study Visa
Please note we can issue you with an ‘Invitation to Register’ letter to join the College (*subject to required number of students on the programme) when we have received payment of your fees in full. You cannot apply for a Study Visa without this ‘Invitation to Register’ Letter.
Living Expenses: As well as planning your programme fees, you will also need to ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover your living expenses (accommodation, food, travel, books, etc.). These additional costs are estimated at €7,000 minimum per academic year, although it will vary depending on your personal lifestyle. Please note that for your initial registration with the immigration authorities in Ireland, you must demonstrate you have €3,000 in your bank account to support your living expenses.
English Language: If English is not your native language, you must show proof that you have scored 6.5 in the IETLS examination.  If English is not your native language you must demonstrate that your English level is of a suitable standard. If it is shown that a student’s proficiency level is not sufficient to gain entry into the programme you will be redirected into an English language course to improve your English. In this case additional charge may be demanded by the college.
Fees: The total fee does not include medical insurance. This can be purchased through O’Driscoll O’Neill Insurance at the following website www.odon.ie/cll . No student will be refunded any programme fees either in part or in full once the course for which the student has enrolled has commenced. Rescheduling of the programme will be at the sole discretion of the college. Students will not be charged for this.
